Your Initial Visit

Initial Visit Information

Please click on the following Intake Form print and fill it out, then bring the form in with you on your initial visit.

Please be prepared to stay for 1.5 hours on the first treatment, which includes the initial intake and consultation. Treatments after the first visit are usually an hour, with some exceptions.

Try to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. But don't worry. Gowns are available (and sometimes necessary anyway).

Unless otherwise indicated, initial treatments are $100, and subsequent visits are $80.

• Acupuncture
• Acupuncture Stop Smoking Treatments: usually only require one visit and are $150. These include herbal supplements and 2 "booster" treatments, if needed.
• Acupuncture Facial Rejuvenation Treatments: (minimum 10 sessions) are $150 each and usually take 1.5 hours.
• Reiki
• Chakra Balancing
• Private Yoga Instruction
• Virtual Acupuncture: This technique can be conducted in person or over the telephone. It consists of a guided meditation as I assist you in visualizing the meridian pathways and their actions in your healing process.

Things to consider before arriving for treatment

• Make sure to eat something light an hour or two before arriving
• Try to avoid the intake of caffeine or pain medications
• Wear loose fitting clothes
• Bring a list of medications you are taking
