Is acupuncture covered by insurance?

At present, I do participate in some insurance plans and no-fault. Insurance coverage of acupuncture is an ever-changing issue. If I don't participate in your plan I can provide you with a form to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company for their rules about acupuncture coverage and reimbursement.
